They are left over store stock, probably from the '90s. The colors are fabulous and the construction of the pin is very nicely done - well made with bracing and hand soldering. Some of these stones are not the quality of Swarovski, but seem like a very very hard plastic, "glastic" matierial, the smaller stones are crystal rhinestones. The nice thing is that they make the pin light weight, easy to wear, and they still have a great deal of depth of color, just not the brilliance the older or high crystal Swarovski have.
