DISCOUNTS
We make a conscientious effort to keep our prices reasonable and affordable, we don't 'build in' room or inflate prices to allow for discount. However, large orders are appreciated as processing and handling volume saves man hours. We offer this discount for large dollar volume orders:
20% OFF if order exceeds $300
15% OFF if order totals $200 - $299
10% OFF if order totals $100 - $199
With volume discount we ask for prompt payment by charge (paypal preferred)
or check/money order within 7 days. Returns may change the discount structure
(cost) of items you wish to keep.
SHIPPING

As delivery confirmation is now available for first class mail, unless otherwise requested, shipping for orders under $100 will be shipped first class mail, delivery confirmed. We box all items and then use padded envelopes. Insurance is optional for orders under $100.
Your order will be shipped promptly - I ship on Wed and Friday - I can't get to the post office on Monday or Tuesday - but can make arrangements for someone to do so if you let me know you need an item quickly (for example in time for an upcoming event or gift). If shipping is delayed, we'll notify you. Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date. Our flat shipping rate for USPS first class mail is:

***Insurance or priority mail shipping is available within the USA - cost depends on weight and value of item. Insurance is 50 cents per $50 of item value. Email for more information if interested.
These charges apply to transactions within the continental USA. Outside the continental USA, please contact us for rates - we charge ACTUAL shipping cost, for delivery of your choice, never a handling or packaging fee.
Any damage or loss during shipping is limited to the cost of the item.
If you want your item shipped via another delivery method or carrier, let us know and we will advise you of the additional cost.

Please note, if you have placed an order and do not hear back from us within 24 hours, please send me an email. There have been several orders placed in recent months where the buyer has typed in their return email address incorrectly and we have been unable to confirm the order. You'll receive a CONFIRMATION OF ORDER by email. This email will contain your order total, payment information, our phone number, mailing address, and instructions on how to pay with a charge card.
We HOLD items for 10 days from the date the confirmation of order email is sent unless other arrangements have been made.
LAYAWAY - We try very hard to keep the cost of our jewelry reasonable. Due to the amount of time and cost layaway involves in additional paperwork and tracking, we discourage layaway purchases. We're more than happy to make extended payment arrangements using a credit card or post dated checks. You can do this by authorizing the processing of your credit card billing at the time of order for future specified dates, or send post dated checks to be processed on specific dates. (we'll send you a 'reminder, intent to charge' email a few days before submitting your charge or depositing checks). We always try to work with you - if you really want an item, and your circumstances are unusual, please don't hesitate to email us. We don't want to be responsible for years of regret because THAT one special piece you'd been searching for forever 'got away'. ;-)
Web Site Sales Return Policy: If you are unhappy with any purchase you make from our web site we will cheerfully refund your money, no questions asked. You MUST however, notify us within 3 days after receiving the item that you plan to return it. We will refund the cost of the item **less postage and insurance, provided it is returned within two weeks, and has not been damaged after your receipt. Please be sure to return all pieces of any matching set or combination-priced jewelry or other articles, preferably in original shipping package, using delivery confirmation - insured if it was shipped to you insured. We cannot accept return of jewelry damaged after your receipt, either by breakage, distortion, loss of stones or other parts, by application of testing acids or attempts to clean it using improper methods. ** if the item has been misrepresented on our end, we will refund your return shipping costs.
Auction Sale Return Policy: Auction return policy is different. The nature of an auction is final sale. Our policy in writing auction and web site descriptions is full disclosure versus buyer beware. We do not alter images, and we list all defects, wear, etc.. Therefore, we accept auction returns only if an item has been misrepresented in any way, is not in as good or better condition than described. You MUST however, notify us within 3 days after receiving the item that there is a problem.
We're now SECURE!! After exhaustive research, we can now confidently offer customers a very safe and secure way to provide credit card information to us. We've looked at many 'secure' web hosting companies over the years, and found them to be falsely 'secure'. Most offer secure server space only to email us with the submitted credit card number, which totally defeats the point of having a secure form.
With our secure page, your credit card details are never sent by email, your information is stored on a secure server space provided specifically for us. Only we can access this page by using private login and password. For extra security, all data stored on this server is protected by a firewall, which standard secure servers do not offer. In addition, once your information is retrieved it is removed. The company we have retained has thousands of clients and has provided this service for many years. As an added security feature, we decided NOT to have you submit address or other information with your card numbers, adding an additional security feature not offered by most companies.
